The partnering process could include direct training of their leadership and/or integrating The I00Hours principles and practices into their existing programs, curricula and trainings for personal and leadership development.

A primary sector for partnership is educational institutions and systems, especially prototypes that are likely to be used as models for creating other similar institutions nationally, regionally and globally. CIDA, with which The I00Hours worked in South Africa, is one such example. Other sectors for developing partnerships and training their leaders include NGOs, business, lGOs, select governmental and civil society organizations.
